Payment
BODEE ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, Klarna, Anyday, and Apple Pay. We do not charge any card fees. Payment will only be withdrawn from your account once the physical item has been shipped. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. The website uses the following currency for pricing: Denmark - Danish Kroner (DKK).
BODEE ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using SSL protocol. This means that your data is secure and cannot be read by unauthorized third parties. BODEE’s own website also uses SSL encryption.
Anyday
When paying with Anyday, you can split your payment into installments. You pay the first installment when your order is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over DKK 499. You will always receive a Track & Trace number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your address. BODEE ApS ships with DHL.
Orders placed during the weekend may, in some cases, mean that your order will not be shipped until Monday. For pre-orders, the webshop and your order confirmation will state a specific week as the estimated delivery week to our warehouse.
Please note that public holidays may delay your order, depending on the number of consecutive holidays.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. You may create a return label within 14 days from the date you physically receive the item and send it back to us. It is not necessary for us to receive your return parcel within those 14 days. The important thing is that you send your order back within the withdrawal period.
If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you may return one or more items using the same order number in our return portal. Please note that you will be charged for both return labels if you send returns more than once within the return period using the same order number.
It is not possible to return multiple orders using one return label. You must create one return label per order number so that your return can be processed correctly. You are charged per return label.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase. Shipping costs will only be refunded if you return your entire order.
Exchanges
We offer a completely free exchange service, making it easy for you to get the right size if you ordered incorrectly, or if you would prefer a different product. Read more about our rules and process below.
Exchange within 30 days
You can exchange your products within 30 days from the day your order was delivered. Exchanges only apply to a larger or smaller size of the same item, or exchange to a new product.
How it works
Go to our Return and Exchange Portal on the website to start the process.
Exchange conditions
The products must be in the same condition as when delivered, meaning unused and with all tags and packaging intact.
If the product has been used or damaged, we cannot offer an exchange.
If you exchange more than once, return shipping must be paid.
Returns
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the item through our return portal if you wish to cancel your purchase. A return parcel must always be sent back to us. We do not accept physical drop-offs at our warehouse or office. When using our return portal, there is no need to include any additional papers, as all necessary information is included on your return label.
How do I return my parcel?
You can purchase a return label for DKK 39 via our return portal here: Return Portal
Please return the item(s) unused and with the price tag attached. You are responsible for the cost of returning your parcel. If you use a return label purchased through BODEE ApS, your parcel is insured in the event of incidents during transport.
Return conditions
We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:
The items do not appear to be new.
The 14-day return period has expired.
The items have not been packed securely.
The items have been affected by perfume, makeup, or smoke odor.
Hangtags/tags have been removed or damaged.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any reduction in the item’s value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. If the item has been tried beyond this, it will be considered used and may have reduced value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all. The assessment of the item’s condition is at the sole discretion of BODEE ApS.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the item’s value.
How do I return multiple parcels?
If you wish to return items from multiple separate orders, each parcel must be sent individually. You must create a return label for each order, and the cost is paid in the Return Portal. Please note that it is not possible to return multiple orders in one return shipment when using our return portal.
If you choose not to use our return portal, please take the following into consideration: if you wish to return an item without using our return portal, please note that we do not cover the cost if the parcel is lost during delivery. We always recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Returns are processed within up to 10 business days from the date we receive the return parcel at our warehouse until you receive an email regarding your refund.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable. All payments received, including delivery costs (excluding return costs), will be refunded within 14 days from the date we receive your notice that you wish to return the order.
However, this does not apply to any additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that if you paid with Mastercard, it may take up to 14 days before the amount is withdrawn from your account. The same applies to refunds, meaning it may also take up to 14 days before the refunded amount becomes visible in your account.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that it has been returned. In this case, please send proof of postage as well as Track & Trace information for your return parcel.
Right to Complain
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. This means that you have the right to make a complaint for 24 months in accordance with Danish law.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the fault. If you complain within two months after the fault was discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely. If you receive a defective item, please contact customer service as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
Please contact us through our contact form regarding any complaint. Kindly include your order number for the defective item along with photo documentation of the item, the price tag, and a short description of the issue. Please do not return a complaint item until the case has been clarified with customer service. Complaints are not accepted if sent cash on delivery or without home delivery.
Customer and Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. It is only registered in our customer database. You may have your information deleted at any time. In order for you to enter into an agreement with BODEE ApS, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you. Personal data is registered with BODEE ApS and stored for up to five years, after which it is deleted.
We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always happens with your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly which information is collected and why. The director and employees of BODEE ApS have access to the information registered about you. The data controller on bodee.dk is BODEE ApS. We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form.
As a registered customer with BODEE ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted under the Danish Personal Data Act, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to kontakt@bodee.dk.
Cookies
Cookies are used on https://bodee.dk for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thereby making your visit as easy as possible. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, depending on your browser.
Log Statistics
We use log statistics on https://bodee.dk, meaning that a statistics system collects information that provides a statistical overview of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and where they leave the website, etc. Log statistics are used solely for the purpose of optimizing BODEE ApS’ website.
