Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy if you are not satisfied with your order.
You must notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving your order that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can either use our Return portal on the website or contact us via email: contact @bodee .dk . Remember to state your order number (which you typically find on your order confirmation) and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Important: If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, please use our Exchange portal and not The return portal.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept your order or failing to pick it up from the post office. If this happens, the postal company will automatically return the item to us and we will charge the actual return costs charged to us by the shipping company.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will credit the amount to the same card. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Product Exchange ( Due to Wrong Size )
We offer an exchange service, which makes it easy for you to get the right size if you ordered the wrong one. Read more about our policies and process below.
Exchange within 30 days
You can exchange your products within 30 days from the day your order was delivered. Exchanges are only valid for a larger or smaller size of the same item.
How it works
- Go to our Exchange Portal on the website to start the process.
- The products must be in the same condition as upon delivery, i.e. unused and with all tags and packaging intact.
- If the product is used or damaged, we cannot offer an exchange.
- Exchanges only apply to sizes - not for exchanges for another item or color.

- You bear the risk of the product until it is received by us.
- We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

What are the shipping options?
We always offer insured shipping when you shop with us. If something happens to your package while it's on its way to you, we'll send you a new product.
To do this, we must have written confirmation from the shipping company, where they confirm that the item was damaged or lost en route to you.
If you write the wrong address or omit information that means that the postal company cannot deliver your goods for one reason or another, or you do not pick it up at your post office within the specified time, so that the goods are sent back to us, you will pay a shipping fee of DKK 49 to have the package sent back to you if you want it sent again.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered correct information.
When will I receive my order?
We strive to deliver your item within 3 business days, but during busy periods, it may take 6-10 business days. However, this happens very rarely.
What do I do if I have never received my order?
If you never receive your order, please contact us. We will then contact the shipping company and have a new order sent to you once we have figured out the problem.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
If you receive a defective order, please contact us and we will send you a new package.
We may require a photo of the damaged order.
How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
If you wish to make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on the website.
